2. Service Description

LiteNode provides online game server hosting, voice server hosting, and related cloud services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm our services, servers, or other users
  • Keep your billing and contact information accurate and up to date

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance of service delivery.

Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

Refund Policy: LiteNode operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused service time, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. While we take all reasonable measures to prevent downtime, LiteNode does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service credits may be offered at our discretion in the event of extended outages that exceed our SLA thresholds.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services, with or without notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in any activity deemed harmful to LiteNode, its infrastructure, or its reputation
  • Fail to comply with applicable UK laws or regulations

7. Changes to Terms

LiteNode may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Support & Maintenance

LiteNode provides technical support for our hosting services through our official support channels. We do not guarantee instant responses, but we aim to address all issues as quickly as reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, LiteNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
